Today I finally did my 30 min. of continous exercise. I am active usually. I go up and down stairs at least 12 times a day. I will play with my exercise toys for probably 5 or 10 min. at a time. I pace when I'm on the phone. I have trouble sitting still so I usually move around a lot. My big problem is still the night time snacking. And my goal this week was to get outside everyday but it has been so cold and windy. We're talking single digits and sometimes below 0. Today should be better, in the 20s and the wind appears to be a bit more calm.
