Back to the gym. Just using machines right now. Even lifting the plates to load up a barbell was irritating the tendinitis. I really should just stop lifting altogether for more than a week to allow my arm to heal/rest properly. Even doing back day with the pulling of the weights irritates the arm.
Daughter still out to derail my eating habits. She baked cookies, lots of chocolate chip cookies this weekend and I fell into them. I figure if I am at least maintaining I’m ok right?!😉
