Feeling real good today. Like eating right is starting to become a lifestyle. After I went to the store today I wanted to take a picture of my fridge. Fruits, deli meats and bottle waters line the shelves where the junk filled foods, pepsi and other crap used to be. On top of that I'm also spending less money. I'm sure I'm due for another Chic Fil A spicy chicken sandwich as well as a Hungry Howies pizza, but I've found ways to fit them both in to my diet and still him below my daily RDI.
I was craving a burrito as I walked down the isles today and damnit I'm gonna make myself one. My wrap is 200 calories, however so I'm gonna need to buy a different brand but I'll enjoy the last one I have before I go buy another brand. Add 3 pieces of chicken, 1/3 uncle bens, sprinkle of lettuce, salsa and japs with some american cheese on top and wash it down with two natty lights and 14 chips. Absolutely can not wait and although it looks like I might hit 101% of my RDI today I absolutely do not care.
