Today I crossed the line, on the BMI index, from being 'obese' to simply being 'overweight'! 40 more pounds to go to enter the normal healthy weight zone for my height. I've lost 13 pounds in 36 days. Just a bit better than 1/3 pound per day. At this rate, I'll hit my goal around July 7.
