You can do it!
I don't eat after 8 PM Since I go to bed at midnight. When I have to go somewhere in the late afternoon and won't be back until late in the evening than I eat my dinner early, before I go out of the house. When hunger strikes I eat my rice cakes that I bring with me. I love them, only 35 calories.
