Well I was able to lift everyday this week. It was all on machines and there hasn’t been much pain in the left arm. I may keep this routine for the next few weeks and then move back to free weights. Hopefully the arm will have rested enough. Who knows, the Delta variant may shut the gyms down again and it won’t really matter. Ug! My wife has let the chickens out to roam the yard. They are tearing up the irrigation lines. Guess I am on chicken watch to drive them away from the irrigation.
