So I lost myself for several days. My daughter and 2 grandchildren and grand puppy all moved in with me this weekend. The stress of knowing they were coming and knowing the changes it was gonna bring completely derailed me from my journey. But I have found myself again and its time to get back on track. Hate to step on scale tomorrow but I have nobody to blame but myself.
