Today did not go so well. While I did not do too terrible, I did eat several items that were not Atkins friendly. Tomorrow is a new day. I really hope it does not set me back too much.
On a good note, I did drink only water today. Tomorrow we are planning a bike ride on the trace to a local resturant for lunch. The resturant is about 12 miles from my house, so should be a good workout before and after lunch. I hope they have some good salads on the menu.
