Day 8.
What…in…thee…entire fuck?

I literally only had my salad yesterday because once I was finished around 3 I wasn’t hungry anymore.

I got my workout in but it was later in the day so I’m not sure if that contributed to the gain.
Maybe it’s just water because I’m still on my period?
I didn’t get enough protein yesterday and i have to make sure I hit it today. Even if i have to drink a protein shake. 🤢
Maybe its the weight from my braids!!! 😂
Who knows. All I know is I did not binge eat my feelssss for the gain and I’m ok with it.
