Had my body scan done the other day. Up 2 pounds. Could be water weight. Also added a bit of muscle. What I am most concerned about and focusing on is percent body fat, which has consistently gone down. So I take it as a win!

Still lifting using just machines. Found one that I can do deadlift with. It’s not too bad and I am adding it to the routine. The arm feels better so I will continue with the machine workout for the next few months
