I hope everyone had a great weekend! I was busy for the most part, which meant no workouts, but at least I was up moving. I picked, prepared, and canned a few pints of green beans and that was neat because I'd never done it before. I helped my mom and aunt can things growing up, but had never done it myself and mainly when I helped it was with the prep. Now I can't wait to either can more beans or pickles. It feels good to know that some of the bounty of my garden won't be wasted. :)

I'm feeling like I have a migraine creeping in, so I'm trying to stay on top of it and take some meds. I'm hoping that it just stays a nagging little headache for a few days and goes away. The headache has been causing some nausea also, so I'm hoping that by the end of the day I'm feeling good and ready for a run. The plus side of a headache with nausea is that I'm not wanting to eat. Even with the headache I'm determined to stay positive today. :)

I hope you get better soon :-) Since my blood pressure is not elevated anymore headaches are rear. Now they come because of stress and a few days ago I had one, but it didn't hurt much so I decided I will ride my stationary bike anyway and after my exercise the pain went away. So I was right and it was because of tension and the exercise released it. I hope that happens to you too. I noticed that just laying around all day won't help.
