Yay! I finally got back into the 120’s just as I was about to turn 62. I’m 5ft 2in, Feel better than I have in a few years. Have been very active most of my adult life, ( 12 hour hospital nursing shifts- retired a few months before covid hit) as well as consistent exercise( It keeps me sane) This April I reduced my exercise to a more moderate level and was able to start loosing weight again. My daughter said I was overdoing, and at my age, my body couldn’t recover so she thought I was full of inflammation and that’s why I was not loosing weight. It appears she was right. I usually eat very healthy, stay as close to 1400 k /day . I still have 5 lbs to go, but I’m finally making progress again
