Measured my height properly today, 174.8cm and reset my goal weight, to 76.2kg which will put my BMI at 24.94 (it at the top end of a healthy weight), this was my goal from the beach whale image i saw of myself after last years summer holiday.

Lets see if I can get there by the start of May, if I do that'll be 8 months to go from a BMI of 32 to a BMI of under 25,

Of course the added benefit of doing this via exercise and healthy eating are great too, my finger nails are growing without spiting and I can run for miles without dying!

Down sides, none really save being addicted to working out, I feel drab without a run or something each other day, and sometimes finding the time to do that is a challenge, oh and my wedding ring keeps falling off.
