It looks good, but an unusual combination for me. I'd be curious to try it. I'm thinking the pickle brine is very high in sodium though. 🌈

I normally will use a little pickle brine and toss it with a salad the day before. I think that works better, this time I used a bit too much to compensate for not marinating the veggies a bit 😅

Oh wow, I had to look that up! Adding it to my list of fruit to look out for 😍 there's a chance I'll find it once I move back to Orlando, I was even able to get fresh lychee there once

Calamansi has many uses...garnish (on pancit), juice, marinade, straight off the tree, etc. Oh, I'm a fan of the vinegary as well🤤
