For those same reasons, I absolutely understand if they aren't your thing 😀 I like to say that I'll try almost any food once, and respect other's likes/dislikes as much as my own. ❤️

Brine for salad dressing - That's a new one for me. I like the concept, although I'd need to consider the salt. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hi B, I definitely think the salt was a bit much in retrospect. If you try it, I'd recommend shaking a small amount brine and the veggies up and letting it sit for a while, maybe overnight. Uses a lot less and really gets the vinegar flavor if that's what you like
