I recieved the results from the blood work that I had done last week and my cholesterol was very high. Suggestions were to diet and exercise, of course. I have doing very poorly at this in the past few years making excuses because of my MS. Well, no more. I will do this for myself. I don't want to beg for help from a reality show to make me do the work. I will look more into the benifits of meditation, healing crystals, diets that can detoxify the body. I pray that I can realize that God has given me the tools to treat myself better.
