well friday I leave for Vancouver.dont know if my steps per day will improve or not.. I purposely waited few days before I leave to do a weigh in..going to try hard to stay away from too much carbs. out for my WOW trek,hopefully I can get a few steps in,and burn some nervous energy off. yesterday managed 11000 steps so total 100000 steps so far for the month.. happy Wednesday everyone.till the next journal entry.....

Enjoy, enjoy and enjoy some more! You can always tighten up after your trip. Doubtless, you can get in a lot of exercise from the steps you are taking and are going to take. Burning those extra calories and keeping toned will be great!

I hope so...Liv...I was all set to go on a nice long walk but didnt quite get there...only did 8673 steps today...
