Here we go again...I was looking back at my journal and although I'm back up to 179, it still isn't last years 188. I've managed to keep off nine pounds. I'm not complaining because I ran a half marathon last year, I'm part of a Master's Swim Team (I swim three times a week), I completed my first (not my last by far) triathlon, I rowed on a crew team for a month, I've been biking with friends, running occasionally and in September I am going to do something I've always wanted to do...I'm taking tap dancing classes. Why not?? I'm doing things that I want to do and it makes me happy. I started p90x3 (curse Tony Horton) and this time I'm following the nutrition plan so we will see how it goes. I think I'm going to post pictures this time so I can look at my accomplishments. I'm inspired and I haven't stopped trying.

Great activities! Your higher weight might be healthy stronger muscles.

I used to tap dance when my daughter was only 5 or 6. Really good fun but then the teacher moved away......But even now I do the odd sequence when I have hard heeled shoes on a noisy surface :)
