How did you deal with your abs? 

Anne, it was a protein-based diet, and I took your advice “train the core not just the abs.” I used a high "not much" weight. And I’m still your student 👨‍🎓😊 

But I understand that I still need more work to develop my abs  

Just fine tuning now. The fun part😀👍
