I would like to have this more often but the sodium get to me when at the end of the day it's over 3,000! I'm deciding whether or not to have pizza and Michelob Ultra on Halloween 🎃

Jazzminflower, yes the sodium is thru the roof with all the processed meats, cheese and sauces on pizza. I can tolerate upwards to about 5000mg sodium before I start to balloon up.... I will say I gained 4.8 lbs over night from that day. 😆 Mostly probably beer that I needed to pee out.
