It turned out sooo good! I didn't account for the added water from the broccoli though, so next time I'll make sure not to water it down so much

Cheesy grits. A hug in a bowl.
Did you use quick or slow grits. I find when I cook it longer it soaks up extra liquid. Grits are very thirsty. Veggies to cheesy grits good call.

I use instant grits but I like to let em soak in the seasonings for a bit!
