What a weekend. As far as I can tell, I lost 1/2 lb. My real weigh in day is tomorrow. At the worst, my weight will have stayed the same, the best will be that I actually lost a pound.
Today is the day my husband will have his cataract surgery. It will amount to a whole day of waiting in a waiting room that is too cool to be comfortable. I must remember to take a sweater. Then we will have to get something to eat on the way home because he had to stop eating and drinking anything as of 6 a.m. so I'm sure he will be hungry.
The weather has made a change for the better, it is luxuriously cool today, too nice to spend it in a cold waiting room.

Hope all is going well Diehard - have done my share of waiting with my husband as well, laser surgery, knee surgery, etc. Sitting there waiting makes me tired and hungry. Good luck to you both.
