Throwback Thursday celebrating my first goal and looking back to why I did things differently this time.

The first photo is my current journey thus far.

The second photo is from back in 2016. I was small, but I wasn't strong. I look and feel so much better than I did when I was only restricting calories. I can see muscle definition I never could before! It's neat to have a pretty direct comparison.
