Welcome to Michigan's FALL season in JULY!!! What's up with the CRAZY weather? Global Warming? hmmmmmmmmm

Yesterday was an absolute KILLER on the Arc Trainer... I normally can do 45 mins without much difficulty. Mondays are generally a good day because I don't "gym exercise" over the weekend, so generally recharged and refreshed. NOT! I almost quit after 30 mins! I truly couldn't believe how EXHAUSTED I was after 30 mins. I stuck it out and got in my 45 mins, but the last 10 were NOT very high cardio... DUOH! I SURELY don't know what THAT was all about... SIGH... All that said, I managed to drop almost another pound with moderate eating... YAY!

You need to eat more complex carbs before exercising, that is what will give you energy. I am like you, if I eat junk food or just protein I will have little energy and exercising will be like torture. Next time fruits, veggies or whole grain bread should be on the menu.

We have different energy levels every day. You might have had low energy or low motivation yesterday. It affects our workouts I hope today is better for you :)
