I'm scared to get on the scale. Losing two pounds last week is a miracle for me. I'm over analyzing again...I had a burger and fries on Saturday, not nearly enough calories on Sunday. A McDonald's salad with grilled chicken, a chocolate soy milk, and a banana. Monday I didn't eat enough again because I started my day with lunch. Every day since I've followed the nutrition plan. The scale isn't my friend. I know losing two pounds a week but it would be nice. I worked out daily but I didn't swim on Monday. I guess if I don't lose anything when I get on the dreaded scale on Saturday then I know EXACTLY why.
