Hi everyone! It’s great to read your journals and see the photos! I have been really off track for awhile: not logging and eating recklessly. I am hungry all the time! That’s what happens when you are eating frosty flakes and not exercising.😂😂😂😂 So, I am back on board now. I hope you all have been well and having sunshiny days!

Thanks Andrew and Shrewdness!😂 My son loves that captain crunch! I really should look into that too 😂😂😂. Though I was being reckless otherwise, I still weighed every day and put on the brakes when I got to to top of my maintenance window. So off the couch I go; backing away from the flakes (for awhile😂).

CRUSHER!! That's exactly what I do. Once or twice a year. Keeps it fun. Fatten up. Blast if off.

CRUSHERS this is the way, right? Too funny, Petra!!!! Yes, it’s liberating to get reasonably reckless, but know how to reign it in. And I don’t play outside of my 3 pound window. So I switch back to Fiber One or oatmeal rather than Frosty Flakes, and walks rather than the couch- and CRUSH! But nobody does this better than the ‘Drew!😂
