I have been overtraining and it has resolved in crashing! Change of plans: Training: new weight training program starting next week. Cardio: 1 hour flat run 4 times a week & koko head 1-2 times a week. Food: make sure to eat more veggies for carbs. No more late night snacking. Getting up @5.30 every morning!
