I've completed the 4-week step challenge at work, plus the first week of the 21-day fix - the exercise portion, at least. It's interesting, my muscles are feeling it but I'm not in pain, so that's a good thing (right?). I'm hoping to see at least SOME improvement in both my waistline & some upper-body strength over the next 2 weeks. As for the diet portion, I've gone about 2 days with the Fix. The good news is, not only am I NOT hungry, but there are times when I don't eat everything allotted. Like Saturday I think I missed one Fruit serving, & yesterday I may have been short on the veggies. Of course, both of those are important, so hopefully I won't do that TOO often.

Yesterday I cooked 2 large meals. I grilled 4 chicken breast portions & made a big pot of vegetable beef soup. Really wanted stew, but I guess I added too much water, oh well. The leftovers should help keep us from eating out so much! Anyway, hope everyone had a nice weekend & a reasonable Monday!
