I had half a boiled potato - half cup of butternut squash - 2 ounces chicken breast topped with 1 tablespoon of seafood sauce - that looks good to me. I do not feel deprived at all - I already ate almost all other foods before I cut down to only 1,200 calories per day or less. I still have enough energy left to be appreciative of other people's food. Rice ? Lucky you.
