I look at myself and feel like I barely lost a pound, despite losing 23 pounds since I started trying to lose in June. But I can see that my clothes are looser and that some aren't so uncomfortable anymore. I really see that you are much slimmer - good job!

I definitely do! I saw it immediately in your face and arms, congratulations on all of tour hard work!!!!! I agree with the others too, how are you feeling about it? It took me some time to see it when I started to lose weight, but I felt better. I can’t tell you how funny I sounded when I could start to feel my collarbone again even if I didn’t really look that different. I wish you the best of luck though!

There is a huge difference - You look fantastic. You look very nice and nice smile regardless of what day it is. I do the same - I look at myself and I see very little difference but my clothes are much looser and I feel like a little girl wearing my mother's underwear - up under my bust - and I need suspenders to keep my skirts up.... other than that I do not see much change but I know that there is. You look fantastic.

Young, beatyful and i guess very tall. You are doing fine with weight loss but you definitely need a lot of work with your mind. The difference is more than huge. You obviously see it but you can not handle it.
