Y'all can I have some advice?

So the daily recommended caloric intake I got on here was 1800 but I was eating 1200 and kept getting really bad headaches and my mother told me I should increase it...do y'all think I should do that??? Based on this app I'm also losing about 2200 calories a day so I'd still be on a deficit but I'm trying to lose 25 kgs in 2-3 years. I am aware that this is a lifestyle change and I'm trying to find something suitable for the long term. What do you guys think?

hi! Eating more is always a good idea. Just stick to the recommended daily macro fat, protein and carbs. Gym or exercise everyday. Drink plenty water. Make sure to have a veg or fruit everyday too. Even throw in a chocolate if you want! But dont go over your daily macros

the more protein you eat the better. Because your body uses it to burn any fat. Hope i helped.

Hi there, 1200 is the minimum amount a female needs to get through the day. Maybe search calculater.net in your browser to double check your RDI. You can then subtract 200 to 500 calories from that to be in a deficit for weight los. Do you do Intermittent Fasting? I've lost almost 30kg with IF so I know it works great.

I think 1200kcal may be abit too harsh. a few years ago I managed 1200kcal fine, but now as I'm older, after 3 kids I feel I need more I'm doing 1500kcal. weight is dropping very slowly even though I exercise alot. I'm only losing about 500gr a week. but it's a slow process. rather take small steps and be more realistic.

try more protein and magnesium supplements for headaches. I think this apps recommended daily protein is low particularly if you're working out.

Thank you all. I'm going to try upping my protein intake to 50% and carbs to 30% to see how that'll go

Calculate your BMR and your TDEE. It will tell you how many calories you burn per day. Then just eat 500 calories less than that. You should lose atleast 1 pound per week. So you’re on a calorie deficit but you’re not eating too little.

1200 calorie is not enough food for an adult. Depending on your height and weight check on TDEE calculator 1800 doesnt sound bad. I am currently eating 2200 to 2400 to stay in a deficit.

Once again thank you to the people who commented more advice 💕I used a TDEE calculator on Google and it recommended 1900(give or take) calories per day so I'll be eating 1400 with more protein. I've also been doing IF so hopefully this was just me getting used to it

You should never starve yourself but I would recommend having 100-200 calories more but the again it’s your choice
