On a more upbeat note than my last post, I completed another 5K this past Sunday, finishing in 43 minutes! That's 7 minutes faster than the Wonder Woman virtual 5K I ran last month. This was my first in-person run in probably 2 years, I guess seeing other people run encouraged me to do some sprinting. Slow jogging, more likely, LOL, but there were plenty of walkers. Yesterday I was definitely feeling it in my back, but today I'm better. Probably due for some new running shoes, maybe I'll start running again.
Sadly I fell off the 21-day fix over the weekend, in both the diet & exercise categories. However, I think I am eating smaller meals as I miraculously maintained the weight loss. I'm recommitting to the plan today, going to re-start week 2 this afternoon. Well I have a Midterm tomorrow, so I need to hit the books. Keep going, folks, & have a great day!
