My treadmill is broken and I can't afford a gym membership so whenever the weather outside is too hot, windy, rainy, cold or icy, I just walk around inside the house. I really admire the people who walk and jog by my home on days when I would not go outside. :)

Tiffany Rothe has great workout videos on You Tube, she also has a video on what to eat to slim down. They are short workouts, fun and easy to do.
