You're almost there, don't worry so much about when you started! Just be happy you did and that you've come this far!! Most people just talk about what you've been doing and what you're actually accomplishing-coudos to you because you're healthier and will live longer! Very Very nice Deb, just remember you worked hard to achieve this 150 goal. Always look forward, what is in the past stays there, we can't reverse the process so we push forward, ....... You have so much to be proud of, I just keep dreaming of that 150 number and when I hear about what you and others have accomplished I know my dream will eventually come true...you give me the incentive to reach my goal....Thank you for sharing...your an inspiration to us all. :)
