So yesterday went to a friends party and brought my own drinks and ate according to plan, after drinking almost my whole soda I glanced at the label and realized I did not grab the diet 7up but just drank 63grams of sugar:( I was irritated at myself at first and gave myself a mental beat down, and then just shrugged it off and basically ate whatever and said tomorrow is another day. Well after I got home my body rebelled against itself and was sick, I don't know if it was just because it's been so long since I've eaten carbs and sugar or what, but I had a bad case of bubbly guts. Today is however a new day and I'm not stressing about yesterday.
