I'm gonna be doing OMAD for a while. I'm trying to reach 300 before I switch to intermittent fasting. I started off well this morning with stretches knowing I have to work today. I do plan on getting into yoga on a daily basis. I'm not flexible at all, and I get a lot of cramps being as big as I am. Happy Monday! Let's get moving!
