This weekend I was so unmotivated. I haven't been doing the optional Sunday workout. So, I skipped Saturday's Agility X and did it on Sunday instead. Aside from that I have been doing all the work outs. There are days when I feel like my body is really changing and other days when I feel like nothing makes a difference. Yesterday I found myself questioning myself, "I waited too late to try and get into shape. I'm too old to have a six pack. These thighs are not going anywhere." yada, yada, yada. I am a little excited to be starting a new month on p90x. There are three new routines: Triometrics, MMX and Incinerator, this should be interesting. Since I'm confessing all of my faults, the last week I haven't been overeating but I haven't been eating as well as I was. The new diet starts this week as well and I can eat yogurt and bread and pasta. That IS exciting!!!

I took pictures of day one of month two but I can't see a difference. It is back to swimming three days a week as well as p90x3. I didn't swim at all last week. I will pay for that behavior today.
