I’m preparing for my mastectomy & Diep Flap reconstruction surgery for next week. I am 44 years old with BRCA2 and I have a family history of breast cancer. I’m curious of how much weight I’ll lose from this surgery.

Depends on your breast size & density. Everyone I know that had those procedures had cancer & your situation is different. I'll say a prayer you recover quickly and stay healthy. 🙏❣
