Feeling a bit down. Two days in a row of doing high-protein low-carb and my cravings for Chinese food , etc are setting in. I'm used to eating that all the time and my body isn't used to this way of eating. Although I'm not deprived, I still would like the fattening stuff like potatoes and whatever else. I did do some morning stretches but that's about it. I do plan on going walking later though.

Reser's has several fresh potatoe options that I've used my entire journey losing 90 lbs in a little over a year. Not sure if they're available in your area but something to look into. Low calories per serving and low sodium. I eat them every day!

Don't give up Morgan hang in there we all crave for something just keep going stay on track.

baked potato with greek yogurt instead of sour cream. as a meal, not a side. potatoes are not fattening by themselves. potato salad has way more calories. and any excessive toppings will do the same.
