My daughter makes fun of this. I CALL it soup, but it's more like a thick mash. Its freaking delicious and she eats 2 big bowls every time. And everytime 'Mom, it's not soup'. 😂

How do you fix butternut squash? I have not fixed those. Would they make a good batch of veggie noodles? 

Sounds delicious Anona. Morgan, I make veggie noodles with butternut squash, just the neck part. Peel it well with a veggie peeler first.

Can you make it without the creamcheese?

Do u peel the squashes ? 

No, I don't bother peeling the squash. The way I cook it, their skins just fall off or are super easy to scoop out so there's not much to do after. But if you mean 'Do I include the skins in the soup'..no I don't! They get tossed along with the seeds :-) 

Only difference for me is some garlic heads would be roasting too. I hated squash as a kid but rocks my world as an adult. Butternut and hubbard are my favorite, made me happy to see yours.

Beeper is on an appetite stimulant as of today because she isn't eating. HOPEFULLY this is just another blip in the many blips that make Beeper...but we will see. 😕 Shes got a lymphatic disorder and a few other things going on so no eating is a big issue. She barely passed 4lbs this week. 2 weeks ago she was 5 1/2. Her highest weight ever. Thanks for asking ❤ 

Aw, sorry to hear Beeper's doing poorly. I hope she starts eating again soon and she can overcome all of her blips.
