Well, a week in Hawaii and I only gained 4 lbs lol!! I had planned to at least stay on plan a few days, but the 10-hour plane ride did me in, only 1 option for my diet available, in bar form. The bar I brought lasted me a few hours but then I was starving and it was all downhill from there, but I don't regret it! The food was AMAZING! Today I am back on track, so we'll see what happens!

very good =) Is 881kcal all you ate that day? It seems like very little.. Do you still go running? Gaining for lb during holiday is so worth it! ;) Have a good time back at home!
