My total weight loss so far is 15lbs since I gained the weight and reached the highest point in my life. Ever since doing the new lifestyle I had lost 9lbs. I really do see a difference in my eating though. And how much too. I use my food scale religiously now. And my new mantra for the rest of my life is fitness is religion.
