Spinach, tofu and chilli scramble with turmeric. Under 300 calories as it's an 800 cal day. I am adding tofu in more often to meals for protein in place of meat and finding it really satisfying. The texture of this one is really good and it is also good value.

It has a mild and neutral flavour, so I like to add plenty of other flavours (unless I get smoked tofu).

Hi Julie, I do it Mondays and Wednesdays. Generally it means going high protein and very low carb, no snacks or calorific drinks, lots of salad and green veg. It isn’t as hard as it seems and the benefits are that it is only twice a week, it banks a good calorie deficit and it reinforces good habits and thoughtful eating. It works for me!

It can be done quite easy its just planning it carefully. Noodles good all the time but the odd day is OK. A prawn salad is very low and omelette depending how much milk and what you put on it aswell

Julie have a look at my page, some low cal meals on there, ignore my breakfast today was tired and about 50 cals out. fish is good said veg and Jamie introduced buckwheat, really nice and filling as a replacement for rice and can seasonxwith whatever you like

Hey Kitty, I’d love to claim it but it’s not my idea ! If you look up ‘Fast 800’ you can find lots on the thinking behind it etc. I know different things work for different people but this is a really sustainable approach for me.
