I am scared to weigh in! since the 2nd i have been consuming more than 1200 calories, however i still manage to get some negative calories from moving and walking. If i go over 1200 calories, i try to max at about 1500, however sunday and monday i went over 2000! We went to a birthday party, and then i made beef stroganoff which has A LOT of calories partnered with rice! and with my child being sick, that’s what we ate for a couple of days. I was able to get some walking and workout those days though, but yesterday, i kinda got my groove back.. well KINDA… because i ate some more beef stroganoff and rice for dinner again, i just get so hungry by dinner time 😔 and i wasn’t able to get my steps nor my workout in. i am hoping i can slowly control my calorie in take specially now that the holidays are upon us. I’m not sure if starting this new lifestyle around the holidays was good or bad 😆 but i guess it’s for the better because who knows how much more weight i could gain had i not started being mindful of my calories.
