i havnt had a roast in ages, came in at a big 789 cal. My partners was twice the size and hes about 3 stone smaller. he eats loads! but weighing and measuring is definately worth doing, im under my daily limit but so easy to go overmon dinners like this.

It was lovely, I love lamb ❤ I weighed out 200g then was like nope ill have 100 and be good then thought nope it's lamb so back to 200g haha
