Breakfast this morning was a green smoothie with Wendy's small French fries. The French fries wasn't the healthiest thing to eat but I really felt the need to have some carbs. Potatoes are okay for vegans to have. However, I try not to have a lot of potatoes unless it's sweet potatoes. I plan on doing at least two smoothies a day anyway. It'll be a lot easy to just take a smoothie to work and put it in the fridge. My morning workout was stretching and indoor walking. I did 10 minutes of leg workouts along with that. Wendy's still has a baked potato. You can cut it in half and have two meals.

the concern is not the carbs in the fries is the fact that it's deep fried and high in sodium and saturated fat do complex carbs instead baked or boiled potatoes 🥔 as Katsolo said their baked potatoes are delicious the have butter, chives or loaded with bacon and cheese

Oh Morgan, we had Wendy’s bake potato for dinner, it was sooooo good! 😋 Fries once in awhile won’t kill you, but as TR3 states be careful of the salt and oils that goes with the fries! It sounds like a good plan and keep up your walking, it will keep your system moving too.👍😊🌺

When I order fries, I ask for no salt. Bonus: They're usually made fresh🤙🏼
