I had been busy trying to study for my education and learning Japanese and ASL. I try to remind myself to workout at least for 10-15 minutes a day. Sometimes I just don't feel motivated to do anything. Lately it's been the side effects of the booster shot I've been feeling. I just stay tired all day. I even try to do around a 5 minute stretch at least.

Good on you learning other languages 😊 I don’t know if this helps, but after I got about 30 lbs off it was like my body started adjusting and the fatigue I normally adjusted with a meal (sugar) started falling away. Stretching is good and you can also get stretch bands to add resistance. Do what you can, when you can, as you can.✨

it's easy to walk around your house after each meal for 10min. up and down the hall way, or even in circles around your dining table.
