November 11th was when i started to challenge myself to walk 10,000 a day, so far i have only missed reaching the goal for 2 days to this day, and that’s when i had to travel/drive most of the day and/or when there’s a gathering or event that we need to be at. Today i broke my own record in time and calories burned in one workout session. I so hope and pray as i do my best to keep doing what i am doing and more, to reach my weight and health goal!
