Today is a better day. My back is not hurting as much. And I bought more Belgian waffles. They are good for sandwiches. Very good stuff.
According to my scale, I am now 235. I think the scale needs fresh batteries.
OK, battery changed. Final weight 262.4.
I am disheartened, and sad because now I feel like I have misled everyone. Of course the only thing off, is that I gained 15 pounds, but this morning I ate breakfast, water, and coffee.
Anyway! I am keeping the current numbers up, until I weight at the end of the week.
