I really need to watch the sodium. I ate sushi and made tacos last night, the soy sauce and the seasonings are just pure sodium bombs. I tried to drink a lot of water and the scale shows a little more then a pound gain but I think if I eat right and drink enough today that will be gone and then some tomorrow.

Ugh, me too...sodium is the devil and it's EVERYWHERE!!! It'll take a couple days for that salt/water to come out so I wouldn't worry too much.....
